Caviair's Technical Support is available Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM EST.
Should our business customers need to reach technical support outside of these hours, we have staff on call to respond to our support voicemail.

After-hours technical support can also be reached by emailing support@caviair.com. Please provide your customer account number and phone number in addition to your support inquiry so we can assist you.

• To insure prompt service and reduce the chance of errors, changes to hosted e-mail accounts and DNS records must be requested by email.


• For the security of our customers, we are only able to discuss the account with the individual who's name appears as a contact in our records. Proof of identification may be required before we can fully assist you.

We are currently working to implement a network status indicator for our customers to access. In the future, customers will be able to subscribe to email and text notifications used to notify of planned maintenance periods, as well as provide status updates in the event of an unplanned outage.
